Cheats on Pokemon storm silver

Hello, I have a probleme with cheat for the game : Pokemon Storm silver....

With R4CCE I added the game and cheats but there is no cheats on cheats list....

Where have I make an error ?

Someone can help me or send me his usercheat.dat please ?

go to the last post i made in there and download the file in the link, has pokemon storm silver Complete version codes added. sorry about the amount of time taken
