Can't use the keyboard to External Controller

when I use the app:deskdock, i can setting External Controller to the keyboard, but in the game, the keyboard not working properly(It's hardly ever work).
Can it be fixed?

Are you sure that the keyboard and the app is working correctly? Test it in another emulator
