DigimonWorldDS randomly froze and I cant press A

So when I opened a chest or whatever, my screen didn't freeze, but I could no longer press any button besides the one leading to the Menu. I restarted the app several times and it didnt work. I don't want to reset the game due to all the progress I have made, so can someone help?

Have you been using savestates or in game saves?

If you've only been using savestates, sometimes that just happens.

If it happens after resetting the game and loading an in-game save, see if you can upload it somewhere so I can take a look at it.
