App doesn't open, stuck on "loading..."

It used to work great when I had android 6, but now I've installed a rom with android 8 and the app just never gets past "loading", can't access the menus or anything. Any idea what might be happening?

Check if you installed the right Gapps for your ROM. If you did, try a different Gapps package.
I had a similar problem with my old device with CyanogenMod 11

Try reinstalling Drastic and updating Google Play Services. If it still does not work, contact the custom ROM developer
