There are 6769 users registered on this forum right now, but only 2710 made at least 1 post.
Seriusly, why the most part of the registered users have subscribed for nothing?
I bet that some of them have created an account years ago and never used it again.

Or that they're spammers, only for some of them to remain dormant either due to anti-spam measures or whatever reason. Or perhaps they don't directly spam through posts but in their signature.
