Storm Silver cheats

So I just have a few questions because I am completely frsutrated and about to give up on roms that dont have cheats lol, anyway I downloaded the r4cce program enabled the storm silver game and all the cheats i wanted, saved it and then checked but the cheats never showed up ive tried everything followed all the posts on here but nothing seems to work even downloaded your other usrcheat.dat file you made for it and it still didnt show up, any help or things anyone can suggest?

Drastic also has a "Custom Cheats" option below the "Cheat Database" option. Use that option to add cheats instead (Little + in the top right corner).

I did that, and it worked thank you so much, I was thinking about doing that a long time ago then I read that, that wouldnt work, but I tried it and it did so those people probably didnt add those cheats correctly or something, anyway, I did that and it worked thank you for your help!
