How to decrypt nds rom

I downloaded a Sims 3 rom and it says that the file is encrypted that I need a Nintendo ARM7 BIOS dumped in the NDS so the game can be loaded, does anyone knows about this or how to decrypt the file? I've had enough of this encrypted stuff.

Don't worry Razz I got you covered... this one took me a lot of trouble but I managed to get it working. No screen shot though it's 4am I got work at 10am so yeah no time.

its not the decryption. its actually you sharing a rom that is you are being warned with.
