Pokemon Ranger(#1) upper screen visual error.

I've been looking around the internet for awhile but to no avail I have found nothing on how to fix this issue(see upper screen in provided pictures).
Anytime the screen reloads the two boxes shown move up quite abit, and as far as I've researched editing the settings do not work. Is there a code or something I can put in 'custom cheats' to fix this display error? Thank you in advance.

Check and turn off Multi-Threaded 3D rendering if it's still like that...then the devs will have to look into it.

I've seen this issue before and I think I've fixed it at some point, although even if I did it's possible I broke it again. Are you using the current version/beta? Can anyone else check if this is happening in the latest?

@exo I am using the current version from Google Play.
& @jay haru I can't find the save files. Will the provided file be acceptable though?

Turning off the Multi-threaded 3D Rendering setting located in Video settings in Drastic, next reset the game and then load the game back up entering the elevator on the left should fix this.

Confirmed it works on Beta version 2.5.0.0 with landscape and portait...

I just tested this step by step and it's still not doing the trick. Did you try hitting start a couple of times to re-load the screen?

if possible, can you get the beta version? it may be that this issue is fixed there. i will be testing it later once i downgrade on my tablet.
