Download backup savegames from Google Drive doesn't seem to

HI,
As stated in the title's thread I'm having trobules on downloading any savegame backup from my Google Drive account;
I successfully managed to upload them but when I try to download any of them then it doesn't happen anything..

I did the test on same device simply changing the user and it didn't work.
I tried also on my tablet but with same frustrating result.

App is regular purchased and I'm running latest version (i.e. r2.4.0.2a)

For your interest I did the upload using an experia z3 compact device running kitkat 4.4.4. O.S.

Sure of your collaboration, I'm waiting for your answers.

update: there was something wrong with the installation of drastic on my tablet, so I tried wiping data from it and started with a fresh installation of the app and guess what, I was able to download the save game files from drive;

I was also able to download back to smartphone using "default" User (not tried changing it and download again).

So nothing, hope this helps someone having same problems.
