Hello! I want to know if I'll purchase Drastic DS Emulator and install it in my phone, can I also install it to my other android device free of charge (Asus Memopad tablet) just like other Google Apps? Or do I have to pay again? :(

as long as you use the same gmail account across your devices then yes
