Any Way to Use Microphone In Game?

Of course there is, but theres a problem. In one of my games, you have to blow out the candle to get to the next level. Usually Drastic would automatically blow the candle out by itself but somehow its not working. Is it a bug, or I can't Drastic?

It's resident evil isn't it? I couldn't get it to work either.
