Problems with converting .DSS files

Post by Floris.H » Tue Oct 14, 2014 5:44 pm

Okay so I recently bought DraStic on my Oneplus One, very smooth gameplay and no crashes (Pokemon Platinum US).

I wanted to edit my save file, from what I know there aren't any programs which can edit .dss files. So I converted my .dss save file to a .dsv file so I could edit it.
Once edited I converted the file back to .dss, put it in /drastic/savestates but the save did not show up in the app. I also tried putting it in /drastic/backup but it didn't show up either.
Is it possible to make drastic save in .dsv or can it just simply not be edited?

I'm kinda new to this so sorry if I say derpy things.

Thanks,

Floris

you cant just create a dsv out of a dss.
dsv is the native save file for the ds while the dss is for the emulator and they are two different things. you can create dsv files by saving as it is supposed to be on the game.
