DraStic folder not in Internal Memory

I'm trying to add cheats into the emulator but the Drastic folder in the internal memory does not show up when I hook the phone into the computer. The folder shows up on my phone though. How can I make the Drastic folder appear on the computer? The folders aren't "hidden" when I looked in the properties of the internal storage. Help?

What's the device? Some googling around shows that some devices need some special program, others need to have developer mode enabled. If all else fails, you can always copy it to the SD card and back using an Android file manager.

Trying some file manager apps to see if I can send it to the sd card as of the moment.

EDIT: So I managed to get the file manager app to transfer the usrcheat.dat file into the DraStic folder, but now the new problem is that the cheats are not showing up when I load up drastic and play my game. What's wrong now?
