Randomizer cheat on Pokemon Platinum

Is there no Pokemon Platinum random encounter cheat? There's one on HeartGold's database but I can't seem to find one on Platinum. How can I play a Platinum Randomizer emulation? Are there any custom cheat codes I could use?
