Do different roms have different cheats. The games i have have cheats that are too complicated and i was wondering do other games have easier cheats?

I am not sure what you really mean. Different games have their own cheats list.
different roms of the same game would prolly have same cheats
if you think cheats are too complicated then dont use them. 'easier' cheats depends on your level of comprehention.
