Updating Cheats on a Nexus 7

Hi, first time poster wondering how you update cheats on a nexus 7 tablet? I tried another method I found on this board but I can't see any folder named drastic to paste the usrcheat.dat. Any help would be appreciated.

Ok I got it, but for some reason the file I have comes up with codes for pokemon blaze black 2 but not storm silver. Is there a place I can request this update?
