Touchscreen on wrong screen?

So I'm trying to play Etrian Odyssey 3 on DraStic, running on my Nexus 7, and the touch screen input is only being accepted on the top screen, not the bottom one. Makes it very difficult to type on a soft-keyboard when the screen that has the keyboard on it doesn't accept input. Swapping the screens doesn't help, it's still the screen with the top-screen image that accepts touch input. Anyone seen this in anything else, or is there some simple fix for this?

You can try selecting one of the 1-screen layouts, and then press the screen-switch button, then go back to portrait layout.

Hi,
I have same problem with Mario vs Donkey Kong.
First 8 levels is touchscreen ok, but in final level in every world are screens switched.
Upper screen is down and bottom screen is up, but touchscreen layer stay bottom.

Nothing helps.

Do you have threaded 3D on?

Yes, when I have threaded 3D on, are screens switched.
When I disable threded 3D and restart Drastic, is it now ok.
