There's an issue right now with loading 512MB games on Gingerbread devices. If you trim the game (using this http://eden.fm/ndstoykotrim/) you can get it to load.

have you tried doing what expohase told you? make a backup of your rom just in case.

Ah... It says "Game can not be read, please free some memory" but which memory the system is talking about? the phone or the sd card?
