Change menu button's position request

I would like to know if there's a way to move the /\ menu button, the one that brings select, start and the touch to pad preferences. It keeps getting a bit in the way on games that heavily uses touchscreen like The World Ends With You, Pokemon Ranger, Yu-Gi-Oh! etc.
So, is there a way to freely move it like the other buttons? if not, could you please add that function?
There's another thing that bugs me; can i minimize DraStic without closing it? like when i press home, or lock the screen, it will either return to the DraStic main menu (the one with the continue, load new game...) or close abruptly, leading sometimes to the resetting of my configurations. Thanks in advance, sorry for the inconvenience, DraStic is surely a great emu, it was a well spent money, hope you guys keep improving!
