Agree with OP, polls can be a pretty useful / interesting addition to forums, especially those with a lot of active users.

Should be able to do polls now. phpBB is really weird about settings up things which you'd expect to be on by default :/

Id love to see sub forum for specific devices. Or specific chipsets (although the latter would be harder to keep track of).

Captcha codes for registration would be another good one. I think it would go some way to stop the many spam topics at this time of the morning (around 3am GMT).
