Okamiden works perfect on the latest version, but...
Battery save games don't work. It always says 'failed to save'. Admittedly this is no big deal since I can always use the save states, but it is an emulation bug nonetheless.

Problem with the latest version + headphones in some games sound doesn't work example:
Legend of Zelda Phantom Hourglass the sound only play if i attack or pick up things with Link works perfectly fine without headphones it's not the only game it sometimes cuts music/sounds from other games too if i plug headphones in.

Compatibility:They work perfectly for me but at rune factory same problem like at Phantom hourglass if i put headphones on that's pretty weird.

Compatibility: Has two minor graphical issues: The lines between the cubes are missing and the numbers are constantly shaking. Other than that, the game works flawlessly.
[Workaround for the shaking numbers: Put Frame Skip to manual and set it to 1 (or any odd number)]

Compatibility: NOT working. Only shows one screen (+ sound), then there's only a black screen and nothing happens.
The game KINDA worked before (at least in r2.1.3a), however, it had an issue that ingame the touch screen didn't seem to work (so you couldn't even play through the tutorial)... in the menu it worked, strangely... (also, the game had issues with the multithreaded 3D option (screens flipped), but that's no biggie).
