Will the iOS port provide all features of Android version?

Sorry for my bad English.
I used many iOS emulators, and most of them are not so good as Android emulators of the same consoles. For example it's not convenient to change layouts in many emulators, some need a complex config file and others even don't provide this feature.
So I want to know whether the iOS port of DraStic will provide all the features as same as the Android version?

But what I want to know is not "whether/when there will be an iOS port";
I want to know "will the iOS port provide all features of Android version".
