Shantae risky's revenge do not work

I tried to play shantae risky's revenge but whenever I try to open it it says that the version of this rom is encrypted and I need arm7 bios to play it.
Is there any way I can do so I can decrypt the rom.
Please I want to play this game so much.

This is a DSi game, and DraStic only emulates the original NDS.
