Savegame problems

My game is Pokemon Md ex of sky.

I tought if I load my savestate on Desmune and I save in-game on Desmune I could put this save on Drastic and the problem will be fix, but not.

First : Desmune doesn't load my drastic savestate...
Second : If I do a in-game save with Desmune and put it on Drastic, Drastic read correctly the save but Drastic don't re-write this save ( save failed )

Even if I do a in-game save , Drastic can't use it....

For your first problem, I think there's a converter which you can use.
As for the second, I think you need the original arm7 bios and not the builtin drastic ones to make ingame save porting work

I just want to save in-game..... When I want to save it say : save failed

How can I do ? ( savestate are fine but I have to save in-game sometimes to finish the game)

I'm also having the same problem as hippocrew except it's for Pokemon White. After the E4 and the credits, it says that I saved it. It takes me back to the title screen and tells me that my save file has to be erased because it's either damaged or corrupted. Someone wanna help please?

I also ended up posting in the General forum because I didn't know where to go. Sorry!

The update that just came out is supposed to fix this, if you don't see the update on your device and you want it sooner, I'd suggest going to the web version of the play store and clicking install from there.

I hope you can help as I am banging my head against a brick wall trying to get my save game files from my original DS (held on my R4 card) to work on Drastic.

Googled and searched everywhere. Tried the converter's, etc - all to no avail.

I can see that the save game files Drastic saves are held in the .dsv format. My save games files on my R4 card are in the .sav format.

This is what I have tried.

1. Tried copying the .sav files into files/backup
2. Renamed the save game files adding .dsv to the end of the file name
3. Used the converters (offline on websites and downloaded ones) and selected the target type as DeSmuME (as I can see it is in the .dsv format)

Tried all the above to no avail.

Am I missing something blindingly obvious? Hope you guys can help - dont fancy starting all those games from scratch

Open it with desmume on PC, then save again ingame.
If it doesn't work on demume then your savefile is damaged

I have the latest version of drastic but still cant load saves from nds4droid on pokèmon mystery dungeon ex of sky
