Pokemon Soul Silver Crash Cerulean City 2019

I bought Drastic 3 days ago, its running version r2.5.1.3a.
I have a Samsung Galaxy S8.

I am playing Pokemon Soul Silver. While in Cerulean City I randomly got a purple box over my character and every other character. When moving the character, he turns invisible. When I try to enter a shop or fly to another location the game crashes.
I saved the game using the menu on Drastic , so whenever I load the game I am back in Cerulean city with the purple box around covering the character. This has been the first bug ive seen and has made the game impossible to play. I have not used cheat codes.

How do I fix this?

Don't save using Drastic, use instead the save function inside the game. After saving fully restart the game (Load new game > Soul Silver > Start Game)
