Hello, my name is Rubén, and I want to know if the emulator will work on my cellphone. I read that many people, when they ran the app, the files of the games ae missed. I know that is problem of the newest version of Android, but i want to know if it will work on mine, i don't want to pay for nothing.

That is an issue when you are running pirated versions of the app. Every pirated apk is based on a very old version of the emulator that have many issues with newer versions of Android or newer phones in general.
If you buy the app and keep it updated you will not get this issue.

You haven't given us any information to work with, but I can tell you that DraStic has worked perfectly for me on any device I have tried, running all the way through the latest versions of Android. You do need to grant it permission to access your files (it will prompt you) but as long as you do that you'll be all set.
