Many thanks for the updates guys!! It is really appreaciated.

For me it worked well to rollback the Play Store to the default version. (not google play services, only the store itself)

I'm also having this problem on android 7.1 samsung galaxy tab a. Hope this gets fixed soon

I was just about to post the same issue with my Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge (Android 8). It just stopped working spontaneously and refuses to load.
I tried:
1. Reinstalling
2. Restarting
3. Deleting .../Drastic
4. adb shell pm clear com.dsemu.drastic
5. adb pm uninstall com.dsemu.drastic
Didn't help

Update: The APK kaikun97 provided has the problem solved! Here's proof:

Yup, fixed it for me as well as some other software I had just installed on my newly-flashed XD Plus.

My Google Play Store automatically updated to 10.7.19 and it works again :D
