DraStic too fast when emulating HeartGold...

I have a Moto G5+ and I've been trying to play Pokémon HeartGold version on the DraStic emulator. At first it was laggy as expected, so I turned the graphics all the way down and what not. Now it's too fast, even if I have the graphics full-blast. I have checked to make sure the fast-forward feature is not on. When I looked at the F.P.S. display, the rate fluctuated ±4%/100% at the most. Is there some way to force it to stay at 100%/100% at all times?

I've never seen that happen to me. I guess you have a pretty powerful device
Now, seriously.
I can't help you with your problem because one, I never had it and two, I rarely seen it on the forums, so good luck.
But first try uninstalling and reinstalling the emulator.
