I want to know how to backup on DrasTiC because I want to move the backup to my PC just in case I lost all my progress.
But when I was trying to move the files to my PC I found one of my games backup wasn't update and it was outdated like 3 months.
If anyone can help me to re-backup my game to have all my progress save I would appreciate it so much.

DraStic's saves are in /DraStic/backup in the internal storage. There should be .dsv files with the ROM's names. Just connect the phone to a computer, browse to that directory and copy the saves you want to backup. Heck, you can copy them all if you want. If you have any problems I'm here to help you.

the problem is that the version of .dsv is from 3 months ago and i want to save the progress i have now

Unfortunately you lost it forever. There is no way to recover it. Next time remember to save in-game.
