I just got the game and started to play it and yet i just heard about migrating pokemon they say you just put the rom and sav. files in a slot2 folder but
i can't seem to find one in the drastic folder
do i have to make a slot2 folder? just to be sure i just took a screenshot in my folder for proof
please help me guys so i can migrate my pokemon

The slot2 directory not created automatically, so yes you should create it.

okay .... about migrating pokemon is it necessary to update the app? just to migrate pokemon because my current version of drastic is 2.4.0.1a build 82 (just to let you know my app is not downloaded from google play ....sorry for doing this)
