Questions about the raspberry pi

I'm very new here, and I have a question about the experimental retro pie build of drastic. Am I allowed to ask for help when I have an issue with it or is this only for the Android version?

For now I think it's best to hold off until I figure out what I'm going to do for maintenance, and have a forum setup specifically for it here.
