HM TOTT Freeze Timer Cheat Problem

I can't use Select + L/R to turn On/Off like the description of that cheat. Anyone can help?

I looked for the freeze time cheat but can't seem to find one that works...sorry

The cheat called "Freeze Time" located in the miscellaneous section included within Drastic's cheat database doesn't work anymore.

There is an alternative to this "freezing time" method, you can only freeze time by holding the Select button and setting the time at certain fixed intervals like 6:00, 12:00, 18:00 and 23:00 then it will constantly stay at 6:00 if you hold the select button...and the cheats used set the time at a constant rate is located in Drastic cheats database, Time Modifier section for Harvest Moon Tales of the two towns.

There seems to be a clash between the cheats like the Freeze Time combination to activate the cheat is Select+L(ON), Select+R(OFF), while the Minute and Hour cheat is also Select+L(Decrease), Select+R(Increase).
