Need help with broken zelda spirit tracks save

Hi guys, I am roughly 90% done with the game but I accidentally hit save during a bunny encounter which causes the save file to crash after about 30 seconds. I would really appreciate it if someone could help me fix it as I do not want to replay the whole game.

Sorry but if a save file corrupts, it's gone.

well, if he can do an in game save it should be fixable

I can load the game but it crashes after a short while. I didnt backup any other save file. I attached the links here, please help.
