[Samsung] Hand touch and S-pen at the same time?

Recently, I just had the Picross 3D game in my Samsung Note 3 and was so ready to play it.
But then I noticed a problem with my phone. It disables the function of hand touch while the S-Pen is getting near the screen.

I've been looking for the option in the setting but I found nothing. I searched the internet about this and getting the same result.

So, do anyone of you know how to enable the hand touch and S-pen at the same time?
PS: I'm using the full version of DraStic, if you really want to know lol

From some googling.. could you see if changing the option controls->auto-adjust touch sensitivity changes this behavior?
