Under drastic/slot2
Place both the rom and save with the same name or they can be named slot2

So the nds rom harvestmn.nds need files named harvestmn.gba and harvestmn.sav or slot2.gba slot2.save

Not
Harvestmn.nds can not use harvestmn.gba and harvestmn.sav. they have to be the exact same.

If you have those files in your slot2 folder and they are named properly then drastic will automatically load the gba save data for your ds game.
This is basically how you use any slot2 (gba game) importing feature with DraStic.

Just remember your pokemon gba game save file has to meet all the requirements to be able to transfer like it would normally if it was a real cartridge in a real DS. Usually means beating the final boss and doing some other things look up the exact requirements in a gamefaqs for the pokemon game you want to import in to.
This was 1 page back in the same sub forum. Probably should be added to the most common questions/issues sticky lordus/exo are working on.

The naming rules for the slot 2(gba) access are very strict. Odds are that the name is not the same as your soul silver nds rom for both the gba game and save file.
