A confession and an request

Hello all. I'm totally new here ans I thought that I should do some confessing right away. I'm currently using an "illegal" copy of drastic in my android phone. But hear me out, there is a reason for this. I have the cash ready in my pocket right now. The developer has done an amazing job here. I'm more than willing to pay, BUT I don't have any credit card/debit card/master/visa card or any sort of bank account. And, I'm from Bangladesh, where paypal has still not launched. So, is there any other way I can pay the dev? I want a legal copy from Playstore so that I can get the updates. And I also want to participate in the Beta testing.

No gift cards or Google Opinion Rewards there? Dunno if Google already heve gift support on thieir store, so outside of that there's only pre-paid cards I guess. Any bank worth it's salt offer it (here), if you want to go that route.
