Swap the screen in one screen mode eats my RAM

Okay, when i play Front Mission in Landscape with one screen, swapping when in battle animation then after, i swap, then repeat, it randomly crashed. I don't know? It's waste my RAM? I have 256 RAM but Front Mission works fine with some repair broken parts bugs (When any wanzers needs a repair broken parts, approach to Peewie, then i will end of my phase, player phase, it wont restore?). Why :?:

Your device has 256MB of ram? That isn't really enough for Drastic (or for most apps these days). You should get a newer device with at least 512MB or 1GB of ram because yours sounds really old.
