Pokemon black 2 note 4 issue

Hopefully someone can help me here because customer support takes a week to reply to each email so I am getting no where fast. so here it is. I have a verizon galaxy note 4 running android 5.0.1 I am using the most up to date version of drastic on google play. I cant load pokemon black/white 2. I have no issue with any other games I play pokemon white/black fine, animal crossings, mario all fine. I tried different roms and no luck, I uninstalled and reinstalled no luck. customer support told me to click on auto trim that didnt work. i tried changing the date as someone said once there was an issue with October on the system that didnt work. I really hope someone can help I have been craving to play for awhile. Last time I played it which was awhile ago it started up just fine I have no idea what the issue is now. Thanks guys
