Lost my saves?

I got an sd card and moved games there lost my saves. So I read another forum about creating a file and a new user in drastic. I made the com.dsemu.drastic file but don't know how to create to a new user? I Google it with no success. Please let me know so I can get my saves back :) thank you.

Saves should be in sdcard/drastic/backup, not the com.dsemu.drastic location.
