Drastic locked to one device

Hi I bought Drastic quite some time ago and have enjoyed close to 2 years now of play time on my HTC one phone, I have now upgraded to a Samsung galaxy S 6 and have a galaxy tab pro and wish to use my drastic I purchased on both devices buto when ever I enter the play store it instructed me to repurchase the app on both new devices buto on my HTC it clearly statespecially I have purchased the app.

I am still using my exact same Google account and all my other apps are registered on my account but drastic is not, can you please advise why must I repurchase this app when I have already purchased it before and only upgrade my hand set.

If you really successfully purchased DraStic with that account, then you should definitely be able to download it on other devices, that are logged in with the same account.
You can log into wallet.google.com and check the transaction history, to make sure that the purchase was really successful.
If it was, try to update Google Play if possible, and clear Google Play's cache/data and restart your device.
If that still doesn't do it, remove your Google account completely from the device, then add it again when logging into Google Play.

Thank you for your advice, I have now manage to sync it properly and have downloaded it to my new device.
