There are no cheats when i play a 4th gen pokemon game (P,P,D,HG,SS) and there aren't any cheats for pokemon. Black

There should definitely be cheats for those games in the database.
Are you using some kind of patched/hacked ROMs?
If so, you can still add the cheats for those games via 'Custom Cheats'.

I have all 4th and 5th gen games for no trade evolutions and white,white 2 and black 2 have cheats but everything else doesn't
