Roms not loading/ app crashing(?)

When I try to load a rom it shows me the loading page, then after a few seconds takes me back to the main menu (continue, load game, etc). The demo version still works fine, just not the full version.

I disabled notifications for the app, and it worked for a few days, but the problem started happening again.

I then tried to use the beta version, didn't work. Disabled notifications for the beta version, also didn't work.

Help.

Would you mind giving us some useful information :

Device: LG g4 Asus, zenfone2, gallery tab4, ... ect
Processor in device: some use different processors depending on region (ie snapdragon 801)
Android version: 5.02, 4.4, or custom rom cm11, cm 12, iron rom, ... ect.

Yup, every rom. :/ At first it was only Phoenix Wright: Ace Attorney but after I tried to fix the problem by reunstalling it, all the games wouldn't open.

Lets try a little trouble shooting then
- Do you have ignore gamecard limit and/or auto-trim rom checked in the options? If so disable both and test.
- Are your roms zipped? If so unzip the rom and try loading from the nds file.

Both those options are unchecked and I'm loading from the nds files, no luck

Well, I think we're out of ideas. Exophase will have to see this thread eventually, so he should be able to help.
