What should I do;

Last week,I went to China to visit my friends ,I found that I can＇t use google play to pay drastic for him,So,how can I pay it?

There's a Chinese version of DraStic made especially to solve this issue.

Assuming your friend's device can load the google play app (see many many guides depending on device for how to do that), you can use a vpn (virtual private network) to make the device look like it is in the US. Then you can use google play to buy it.

Im surprised he/she is not already using a VPN. most of my chinese friends always use one xD
