Despite the fact its a mandatory language to learn in all chinese schools and 90% of my chinese friends including adults as well as teens know good english with 10% knowing OK english? I would not agree with you. This counts at least for Mainland chinese

I also did mention most of my chinese friends living in mainland china know good english and I have a lot of chinese friends. They would all be able to use English drastic with no issue. I only have like 3 chinese friends who's English is bad lol

The problem is that people living on mainland China can't purchase apps from Google Play, it's not a supported country.

Google need to add support to china for purchases. Apple support china for itunes/app store purchases so google need to het a move-on
