Legend of Zelda: Phantom Hourglass save state crash

Hey guys! Having issues with a save state I have, unfortunately it is in .dss, but i'm assuming this specific issue I'm having is my save is corrupted by cheats tried disabling and resetting game, but I do not have a recent battery save. The one time I forget of to save of course. I am unable to move or click on anything in game, DraStic runs fine, and so do other save files I have as well as for other games, I actually tried downloading a .duc file earlier that was near where I left off, but of course I can't figure out how to convert and use it, can any one either help me fix my save state or guide me in converting .duc to .dsv or .dss?
