It's just the roms,i'm using CM10 too and i never had any problems with DraStic well some game bugs but they got fixed.

The saves are in internal storage you'll find a folder called DraStic.
If you can't find it disable USB debugging and reboot your phone,you're welcome.

Make sure you're using the latest version (2.1.4a) the game works fine for me.But the description it's not enough,the mic doesn't work or it causes a bug?
