Yes, but it's pretty slow. This is a very low end processor.

I found out in the ZTE Blade III topic that it does support drastic which has a MSM7227A soC and runs fine but I'm doubt about that if it will work with other devices with the same soC such as the Samsung Galaxy Young s6310 model and Xperia E. What do you think?

There's no reason why it shouldn't. You should try the demo.
