Cant load old save states

I am trying to load some savestates from the first version of drastic, but it is giving error that the bios isn't the same. I have tried putting the same bios file in the drastic/system folder, but it doesn't fox the issue. It is the same bios used when I played because I had it saved in the same folder as my ROM.

Are they named correctly?
The filenames have to be nds_bios_arm7.bin and nds_bios_arm9.bin.

Renamed the bios files, and now the screen cap shows up. It just loads for a second and crashes back to the main menu.
