Drastic will work on it but it may be slow esp 3d games since its a low tier cortex a7 even if its quad (as drastic isn't that great yet on multicores). Better look for cortex a9 device. Drastic runs great even if just dual core.

but on the future ,  \the drastic will be more compatible ! and then , out spec will be out dated .
i don't want to experience again ( what happened on my xperia play ) . i'm looking for high end devices

That's a quad core a9. Basically high end. You'd have to wait a year if you want china to get into a12 and a15.
