Everytime I open any game the screen is white I can see the buttons but there is also no sound.I have tried changing some settings following some videos on youtube but I still can't fix it.Any solutions?Here is what I see on my screen: https://imgur.com/snZzkde

Have you tried downloading the games from another source?
Also, are the games compressed in a archive? Extract them

Thanks for answering.Every game that I have already tried was extracted and was .nds . Somehow after downloading a lot of games a Pokémon heart gold version got to be the right and I'm playing that game for the moment but nothing else rather than that.

Did you saved your games in the SD card? This SD card is a cheap one?

As far as I remember yes,but how can this affect my problem?What if I don't save them in the SD card?

Try moving them from the SD card to the internal storage and then running the games. Maybe they don't load because your SD card is bad.

Cheap or bad SD cards can damage the files you put in it.

Same problem for and tried everything

Then your ROMs may be bad. Try downloading from reliable sources.
